A leading firm based in Southern California we have appraised over 2,000 gas stations in 23 states!   Every appraisal is performed only by MAI appraisers, not trainees.

This is important as gas stations (convenience store, car washes) possess a business value that is intertwined with the real estate and improvements and as such traditional valuation methods ($ per square foot) are not applicable. Comparable sales are derived from properties our firm has appraised and whose profit and loss statements are adjusted for un-level or un-necessary expenses.
